Server maintenance involves keeping a servers’ software updated and running so that a computer network can operate smoothly.
Regular preventive maintenance will keep the hardware and software running as expected and will help avoid a total or partial network failure.
Server maintenance tasks include reviewing the server’s performance, ensuring that automated system monitoring utilities are properly installed and configured, identifying potential security risks and backing up data at regular intervals.
Our server maintenance plan includes:

3rd Party Vendor SupportHere at IT-PRO, we can manage all of your third party vendors for you so that you have just one single point of contact for your entire IT, telephony and business software requirements. We will liaise with software and hardware vendors on your behalf and feed information back to you in plain English. We find that we can expedite the resolution of issues with vendors as we can rule out all of the basic tests before making that initial call.

Virtual IT Director
Through our Virtual IT Director service, we can support your business in aligning your Information Technology strategy to better meet your business objectives. Whether it’s for specific tactical project engagements, or for wider strategic and business planning, we can provide experienced IT Director resource to develop solutions and strategies for your specific business needs.
Our Virtual IT Director service requires a minimum of 10 pcs and 1 server to covered in order to be included for free. However, the same service can be paid for on an ad-hoc basis for smaller networks.
