Our engineers will regularly check your backups, anti-virus software, event logs and Windows Software Updates with the aim of identifying and rectifying problems before they adversely affect the operation of your business.
DESKTOP SUPPORT
For £12+VAT per PC per month we can solve most problems immediately through a combination of telephone support and remote computer access. Our engineers provide on-site support services to support contract customers at a reduced fixed hourly rate of £35+VAT per hour.
LAPTOP SUPPORT
For £12+VAT per Laptop per month we can solve most problems immediately through a combination of telephone support and remote computer access. Our engineers provide on-site support services to support contract customers at a reduced fixed hourly rate of £35+VAT per hour.
PDA SUPPORT
For £8+VAT per PDA per month we can solve most problems immediately through telephone support. Our engineers provide on-site support services to support contract customers at a reduced fixed hourly rate of £35+VAT per hour.
PRINTER SUPPORT
