OFFICE ADMIN / MARKETING APPRENTICE

An exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced technology company, dealing with customer service, admin and prospect engagement. You will be joining a friendly, energetic team based in Llangollen. We are looking for talented, enthusiastic and motivated people to join our team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This varied role at IT-PRO will include the following duties:

  • Producing email campaigns for product, services and seasonal offers
  • Identifying new prospective clients
  • Assisting the company with sales processes
  • Designing and producing flyers
  • Posting on Social Media – LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Assisting customers when required via telephone or email
  • Updating company spreadsheets to record information
  • Assisting with Postal duties when required
  • General office duties
  • Mastering the art of the perfect coffee!

QUALIFICATIONS

Ideally a minimum 4 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Computer literate to include Microsoft Office
  • Experience of Social Media platforms
  • Customer Service skills
  • Polite on the telephone
  • Works well in a small team
  • Good literacy skills to include spelling and grammar

TRAINING

Throughout the duration of the Apprenticeship you will be required to attend study sessions in college and the remainder of the training will be completed in the workplace. The Apprentice will work towards an Advanced Apprenticeship in Digital Marketing. The Apprenticeship consists of:

  • Level 3 Business Administration
  • Level 2 Functional Skills English, Maths, ICT (if applicable)

SALARY

The salary will be in line with the national minimum wage for apprenticeships.
