After several months of coding we’ve now released our first SaaS (Software as a Service) product!
Developed in partnership with South Denbighshire Community Partnership (Canolfan Ni), our community transport management software (TMS-Cloud) gives community groups who run vehicles a simple and cost effective way to manage their fleet, bookings and more.
TMS Runs on our dedicated cloud servers to provide near 100% uptime. All TMS databases run on the same hardware to share the resources. The Enterprise licence includes it’s own dedicated hardware.
TMS is built using the latest BootStrap framework which make it work across all web enabled devices (Desktops, Tablets & Phones). Perfect to access your information when out on the road.
All TMS databases are backed up each day to European data centers ensuring that your journey data is safe and accessible when you need it.
Nothing to Install
Because TMS is web-based there is nothing to install on your computers, the setup is quick and simple and you can be up and running within a few days.
TMS has a number of prebuilt excel reports which cover the majority of users needs. However, if you need something more specific, call us, we always try to accommodate.
TMS has a small dedicated support team to help out with any question you may have. Our standard SLA is generally enough but we can put together bespoke support packages for Enterprise plans.
