How quickly can IT support be implemented?
We’re really good. No seriously. We are. As soon as we have all the information we need – we could make mountains move within 24 hours. Typically, our clients like us to simply make it happen inside of one business week.
Do you just do IT Support?
Far from it, we become your very own IT department. We can do anything that’s related to IT. This includes services such as implementing “green” recycling processes for equipment, office relocation’s, CCTV installations, Wireless Installations and general computer repair and upgrades.
We also create bespoke software systems built around your business.
How much will it cost me?
Our pricing is very straightforward, we charge a flat rate per device that is supported (see prices above).

What equipment is supported?
Your entire network is supported, including printers, switches, firewalls, email delivery to mobile devices and remote access systems. Having identified the equipment covered by your support contract, we can proactively monitor, protect and update your systems, for optimal operation.
Along with supporting your devices we find that supporting the people using them is more important, we work with each client to make sure the team is getting the best out of their IT and provide the support needed even if that’s a shoulder to cry on!

We work hard to understand your business not just your IT system which allows a real world business-to-business partnership to grow. We follow a very strict response and resolution time for all our technicians and part of this is to inform you at all times what we are doing and how long it is going to take.
How we provide support
Our clients are all very different. We give them support depending on their needs. Much of what we do can be performed remotely which means it can usually get done quicker. However, we are always available to talk directly on the phone and we visit our clients as much as is practical. We are and always have been a very people based company.
